My Humboldt Seeds Organization Trainwreck

Just thought i would share my last harvest with all you guys and gals :blsmoke:. The first two pics are of the trainwreck nine weeks into flowering the last two are the start of flowering this is the closest thing to my grow journal lol ! I got the temps down really easy since she finished in january the most beautiful plant i have ever seen in person hated to cut her down but im about in my second week of jarring and she has been really good to me so far :eyesmoke:. I vegged her for five weeks in a five gallon bucket, under a 1000 watt switchable ballast, in roots organic original soil. I did not feed her at all during veg just through flowering i dont know what she yeilded she filled up five 8 ounce jars dont have a scale. Sorry the pics are not all that great will try to improve them maybe. 100_1557.jpg100_1558.jpg

I've just ordered mine. I'm a complete newbie, I've never grown any plant before. I'm planning to keep it in veg for 9 weeks, and then keep it flowering for 5 weeks. Is my timing correct?

Hey rafaelcmb, welcome to the site you should be able to learn alot here ik i have ! 9 weeks is a long time unless you are planning on using methods like LST and topping she will get big and will double or triple in height once flipped to flower from veg. Just watch them, flip to flower before it gets to big for your room. What seeds did you go with?

I would do 5 weeks veg and 9 weeks flower as 5 weeks of flower will give you next to nothing :)

Thanks, Jumpinbean! So, 5 weeks of veg and 5 weeks of flowering would be ideal, right?

I've ordered Trainwreck, Chocolope, Super Lemon Haze and Blue Dream. So many tasty options that I don't even know where to start... My grow room has space for just 6 plants, and I want to start with 3 strains (2 plants of each).

Like hotrod said, you can't control flowering time. That's pretty strain specific and even pheno in some cases. Idk where you read five weeks but at five weeks you have really cut out some crucial flowering time. To get an ideal look at the seedbank website that you ordered your seeds from and they will at least have a estimated flowering time. Usually in my experience I don't even start checking trichs till around week 8 of flowering. Those last few weeks of flower are not the week's to cut short. Like a poster Said above if your looking at finishing in a time frame then take some time out of your veg but not flower. Either way your cutting yourself and the potential of your plant short. IMO of course.
