I'm wondering:
1. Are they are going to be hard on people trying to get the cultivation rec. Most people own cars and will live close to a dispensary. The financial hardship clause is perhaps helpful in terms of getting the cultivation rec because spending $15 a gram at a dispensary is a lot of money when we can grow our own.
2. Are they giving out the cultivation recs already even though there's no real reason to because a patient can grow their own. Obviously the people making the rules here are braindead b/c the start up costs of growing do add up and it doesn't make sense to invest in something that will have a planned end date. Who the hell wants to spend hundreds of dollars on a tent, light, soil, seeds, fertilizer, etc., and then not be able to use all the equipment you've bought in a year when the dispensaries open up. This part of the deal makes no sense to me.
3. How do you become a caregiver? Maybe that's the best approach if your main goal is to grow. I'm assuming you have to have a registered patient and follow the rules about the 60 day supply and the locked facility.
