led lighting, can i use this from veg to bloom

was given this 12" x12" led panel with red and blues. how many plants will it manage and can i use from veg yto bloom

Can you tell us anything more specific about the spectrum and diodes? 1w 3w or 5w chips? Wattage?

One way to find out is to just try it, but cheap chinese lights with limited spectrums are the reason a lot of people think you can't flower under LED.

If you could put a pic up it would help us better, but I agree with mamakush in that you are just going to have to try it out to see if it works... just one plant and remember to have fun with it

lol ironically I have two of those... 14watts is not really that much they are worth about $10 on ebay... I mean you can try to use it for veg but 14w is still not much and I wouldnt do it... be better off going to your local hardware store and buying a few CFL's

thats probably why they gave it to me.lol! i thought 14 watts was low. im using hp and lps right now but want to go with the cfls. thanks alot for the info!

Hmmmm. 14 watts can def grow, BUT, they need to be good 'watts' (spectrum balanced/high lumen/w)... and why CFLS when LED screw bulbs are available?
