I have severe insomnia... among other things. What would I do all night if it weren't for Weed Nerds, FarmerJohn420, and the occasional Koma vid?
 
hey nerds,

any of you have experience shipping clones or cuttings? I have a friend in Cali that wants to hook me up with a couple clone-only's and I'm not sure how to advise him on the shipping method. I will have the option of rooted clones or fresh cuttings.

I try to find small battery powered led's maybe? Just so some light is on em. The vhs case seems ok, but theres prob some better packaging ideas....
 
thanks for the help on the shipping ideas fellas. yes i understand that shipping clones is illegal, but technically growing or possessing pot in any way shape or form is illegal on a federal level... and i think we can all agree the feds can shove it.
 
Fuck I was just making up my first batch of super soil and I dump in my blood meal and al least 30 live moths fall into my soil mix.
Is it gonna be ok with moths in in or will they infest it?
What do I do am I fucked already.
 
I picked out all the ones I could see but im still scared theres a bunch of eggs and in 6 weeks ill have 3 trashcans full of moths.
 
I used to know of someone who would cut em leave em in a humidity dome in rockwool for a day to get past the shock then put a cardboard papper towel roll over it cut to a couple inches longer than the clone in rockwool, slice an inchat each end a couple times then insert clone and fold ends over then seal with duct tape and into a box then into the mail but that was back when the mail wasn't as heavily watched and you could pick up duffle bags full of herb from Jamacia at the airport baggage claim

I can see that being disconcerting but in all likelyhood, any slight chance that eggs that were to hatch, they would need to be near the surface so keep an eye out for activity. Without knowing what species you are dealing with it is hard to say if any eggs would survive the composting process. If you have pics of the moths, you could post pics in the plant problems section or at whatsthatbug.com to identify them and find out if you really have a problem or not.

I smoked a bowlbongsmilie got over it and finished the job. Ill just keep an eye on it and hope for the best. If there are moths ill azamax it before use.
