Ya you can buy top for $150-200.... or you can grow some top for $2-3 a gram
For under 20 dollars there are a few things you can do to add to your grow. You can get any line of Fox Farms nutrients...Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, Cha-Ching, etc.
You can get a ph tester for your soil, because when your plants turn yellow or just stop blooming, knowing the ph is key in eliminating other possible problems. Lots of people change the way the they water or feed plants when they see problems, when in fact many times it's just the ph is too low or high, and you can make things worse if you don't correct the feeding in line with the ph.
And like AIM said, "lighting." Right now you can get a 65-watt cfl bulb from Lowe's for a nice increase in supplemental supplemental lighting. And that's ACTUAL watt's, not equivalent:

I changed the store location and it's the same price anywhere you buy it. That's a nice price for actual watts and won't be too hot on your plants.
