I let my card expire, so now I need to go through the whole process again.
But I can't find my previous mmj Dr's info.
Can anybody recommend a mmj DR? Preferably on the east side such as Gilbert,
Tempe, Chandler, Queen Creek?

just went to them today to renew my card. didn't have medical records for this year so they recommended a chiropractor which was 30$. After that i saw their doc and i was approved relatively quickly
