Anyone grow out BC MANGO, the PURPS, or GOD BUD?

was thinking about getting some BC MANGO, PURPS and GOD BUD from bc depot. anyone have any experience with these strains or from ordering from bc depot. heard some good and bad stories about them.

nope I wouldn't go near them. Here's a much more reputable dealer of all those strains. I grew their Purps only, I got a few seeds in a trade with a buddy only female I got wasn't that potent but smelled EXACTLY like strawberries when in bloom. It got stronger with a couple of months cure.

thanks frmrboi, i just checked out their website lots of people saying good things about them. i'm really interested in their mango but hear a lot of good things about the purps. looks like the purps are a good strain for women. some pina coladas or strawberry margaritas and then some purps should make an interesting evening of debauchery!

heard that alot of people dont get there seeds ordering from bcbuddepot, and you cant be an asshole if you dont get your seeds on time or they will morely ignore you. check out drgreenthumb.com they have big purps,

Raiderman, here, loves these guys too.
I just cracked open a packet of the purps I grew over two years ago (vacumn packed)
Still as good as back when it was fresh.
What I really like about it's high is a sweet sense of serenity like a valium stone.
Here's a shot of my baby a few days before I chopped her down.This was summer grown so she didn't get much color. (indoor grown under 150 watt HPS so she didn't get much bud)

no similarity to Blueberry in taste or high. Haven't tried the Mango, just the purps. It should be a good one though.

so what breeder have u had experience with on the blueberry?? dj short? dutch passion?? who's the most popular breeder in canada. iv tried the canadain blueberry it was the best i ever had.

I know this is old,but I have to give an honest description of BC bud depots BC Mango. I got seeds (6) reg Bc Mango seeds in December of 2012. I only ended up with 2 females.At first,I wasn't thrilled with the ratio,but that is life.That is what cloning is for,right?
So,I put them in to the flower room when they were small (10 to 12 inches). I let one just grow,without any topping or trimming. That one is straight as a bean pole,tiny branches that don't stick out from the main stalk. The other one,I topped once,and used the top for a clone,then later,took to lower branches for clones.After that,the plant turned into a beautiful,bushy plant,and the 2 new tops,and side branches just exploded.They both grew buds very fast.The one I did not top grew to around 3 feet (were small when I flowered them) and had 1 massive central cola. The other one grew into a bushy bud. Huge buds on both plants. The one I cloned,immediately started to get crystals all over the leaves as soon as the first hairs grew into clusters.It rivals my sensi seeds Northern lights. When you see plants covered in crystals after only 2 weeks in the flower room,and the buds are just little clusters still,you know it is some serious indica.
I am not sure if the taller mango I did not top or trim would have grown to a bush like the second one I did trim,but the one I trimmed and cloned had a lot more crystals than the taller one when they were early into flower. It did basically catch up I guess in resin production. The smaller one was a fucking masterpiece! It is white with sticky crystals,huge buds, and a great taste.The high is also great. It expands in your lungs,but is smooth.I have heard many people say they loved smoking this mango.Some have said it was great smoke,but not as potent as other indicas. I can tell you the shorter one I grew and cloned was more indica like than the taller one,so they may have been different phenos.The smaller one was/is extremely potent indica smoke,but I think it is not devastating after one hit like the NL from sensi.It has a better high if you ask me than most indica dominate strains,but it is very powerful also.Everyone loves it.More people I know liked to smoke the mango than the NL because the NL was SUPER POTENT. Some people like the taste of both the NL and the mango,so they keep on taking hit after hit. Then in a few minutes they are regretting smoking so much.

To sum it up- BC Bud Depots Mango is awesome weed,and a great growing experience. Everyday when you come home,you will see the buds are a little bigger than the day before.Great sturdy,branches and stalks,and they bud fast and furious,have huge ,potent, tastey, frosty buds. What more could you want? Clone well too! To help all of you looking for something quick and easy to grow that is also great smoke, The 4 best I have ever had that were indica dominate/easy /fast/powerful ( from a breeder or seed bank) are,BC Mango, Sensi Northern Lights, Bomb seeds THC Bomb (wow) and The Ultimate from Dutch Passion. Those were all amazing strains, and I did not have to do a lot of hunting for the right pheno. The ultimate and the mango might grow tall if you let them,but I did not have height problems. You will love any of the 4 of those strains.

To help all of you looking for something quick and easy to grow that is also great smoke, The 4 best I have ever had that were indica dominate/easy /fast/powerful ( from a breeder or seed bank) are,BC Mango, Sensi Northern Lights, Bomb seeds THC Bomb (wow) and The Ultimate from Dutch Passion. Those were all amazing strains, and I did not have to do a lot of hunting for the right pheno. The ultimate and the mango might grow tall if you let them,but I did not have height problems. Also, The THC Bomb plants are amazing specimens. I mean they grow faster and sturdier than any plant I have ever grown in the 25 or so years I have grown. Also,Dutch Passions-the ULTIMATE is a close second. The 2 strains seem to be exactly what the breeder claims.

I recently grew 5 feminized THC Bomb seeds. The plants grew fast, and were sturdy and stocky. I was excited to see the end product. They were all fairly similar looking, but one was a mutant. Another one was nice and bushy, and three were single cola type plants. They all grew huge buds. The bushy one and one of the single cola ones had more crystals than the other 3. So I was happy- until I smoked it. All of them had average potency at best. I was not thrilled.
If you read their B.S add, you expect more. Then, all of the hype on Herbies headshops website( where I bought the seeds) makes it sound like the best shit ever.On a regular basis, Herbies has THC Bomb listed as their most potent strain, as the biggest yielding strain, as the best selling strain, and the best selling indoor strain. It's all bullshit.I grew B.C Bud Depots Mango, DNA'S Lemon Skunk, Sensie seeds Northern Lights, and Dutch Passions ''The Ultimate'' right along side these THC Bombs. They all blew the THC Bombs away as far as potency. I am not the only one who has experienced this either. Those other 4 strains I mentioned I grew right along side of the THC Bomb- are the kind of weed you want to grow and smoke.The Northern is a small plant with huge frosty buds, good and potent. The Ultimate has different phenos, but the one I have gets huge buds, buds fast, and is kick ass smoke! The Lemon skunk were free seeds, and I didn't expect much. They were awesome!!! The taste, smell, and the high were awesome.Nice big sticky buds also.The BC Mango grows fast, nice plants, big buds that smell and taste incredible.Has a good high too.The THC Bombs definitely bombed for me. I would not waste my time.

Or is it just avg. potency and a waste of time, like you said in the THC Bomb thread? I know this is old, but it's just strange to see the same guy praise a strain in one thread and trash it as a waste of time in another.
