ok fresh i just got some news on the secret recipe from a reliable person. turns out its not as good as i wanted to be. dont get me wrong its real good but this person just smoked girl scout cookies and said it was a good amount better. they also said they smoked blue dream in the past and that was better too. the search continues i definitely gotta start lookin for a better strain cause i only want top of the line shit all the time.

TreeKing, can I recommed you to get serious seed ? Their genetics are very superb and potency. Its just high quality to smoke, IMO.

the secret recipe is (original diesel x abusive og kush) x chem dawg d bx 2. dont even waste your time with it its not that good. how someone can fuck up the breeding with those genetics included i have no idea. on to the next company

i respect your opinion izoc but i would never get a strain thats half chronic cause its supposed to be very weak. also ive heard way too many bad things about the ak im pretty sure they lost the parents plus im only messing with north american companies from now on i aint takin no chances. i know a chem d strain is gonna work i just gotta get it from the right company. im germing 40 seeds of star dawg as soon as my starter plugs get here, feeling confident about this one

I don't know anyone who has ever grown AK47 and been disappointed with it, regardless of when they bought their beans. It's a great yielding plant with some strong smoke and it may be the best smelling strain that I've ever come across. Chronic is good too but I have read some complaints and I myself only ran Chronic for 8 months; a little too leafy for my tastes. I'm not saying 'buy this' or 'buy that', I'm just setting the record straight since you have no experience with the strains at hand.

In regards to Chronic, it's exactly as Serious Seeds says on their site; a commercial strain that even a discerning smoker can appreciate.

Again, you've never grown these strains and neither have most of the people parroting something they've read on a forum from someone who probably can't grow for sh*t.

You're placing too much emphasis on strain and not enough on the grower, which is almost always the weak link in the equation.

Well let me tell you from my personal expreince...back in the mid 90's i grew chronic and it was rave that time from my people. Chronic is very potent if you find the winner one. Its more like one hitter. whats more that the taste is very amazing for my preference. Chronic isnt weak either. I have smoked SS's AK that grow from my buddy, Its very top notch with high and taste. I only know that Serious Seed lost one mother is Exile, they re working on to get another one. I have smoked Chem D many times, but Serious Seed have highest quality in their genetics. Grower skill is the single most important component in indoor growing. Do you think these plants can water, feed, harvest and cure themselves while maintaining an optimal environment? Saying 'strain is everything' is like saying those drivers don't do anything in those NASCAR races . Genetics are important but they are rarely the weak link.

In all likelihood, you're still figuring things out while blaming everything except yourself for your short comings. Hey, how about some pictures of that killing fields that you didn't like yet everyone else raves about.

this is my last post about this cause you love to argue and you make no damn sense. pictures dont mean shit! my strongest plant i ever grew had barely any crystals on it and killing fields looks like the most fire shit you ever seen but couldnt get you high over 15 min. if you grew big bud to perfection and i had a real fucked up nutrient burned plant of chem d my shit would still be 5 times more potent than your buds because of the genetics. i didnt say strain is everything but its 90 percent of it. thats why sour diesel fetches top dollar because its more potent than other strains. i swear to god whatever advice you give someone they should do the totally opposite cause you seriously dont know what your talkin about on any level.

Well homebrewer I am not 12 I am 40 something and was getting seeds from holland from SSCC before Simon at Serious even smoked a joint . I remember Ak
and it was a lot better in earlier days. I just finished a 2 pack white Russian grow which is a bit more potent than AK
and it is is considered b grade in my parts. AK47 is a commercial strain not bad but not medical grade. This being
sai Serious is one of the better dutch companies. The problem is the dutch are way way behind parts of the US in quality.
