Reading lots suits some people,this is a forum and most people will not mind answering questions although it is handy to read a little cos sometimes you will not get answers as quick as you would like by posting.
On second thoughts I'm thinking it is because they are possibly over watered and that your soil is too compact,you will need bigger pots soon and even if you can't get perlite you could use some gravel at the bottom of your pots,make sure it's very clean and not too big.It would also be extremely beneficial if you could somehow check the PH of the water,anywhere you could borrow a PH meter?
Thanx man, I'm a n00b too, been growing for a whole 35 days or so now..lol..and you "can't eyeball them" means just that...don't go check them every 20 minutes, they're still there and didn't grow in that time you were gone, you will just start imagining probs and thinkin they need water and the list goes on...Mother nature did it by herself for a millineum and noboby watched...lol...
I agree,some of the grow journals are very educational and entertaining.
WHOA...I haven't been growing that long, but adding "gravel" doesn't sound good to me, not only is it extra weight (and that's how I tell if my plants need water, by weight) but where has it been and what elements does it have in it???Lead, Zinc, all types of stuff that's potentially harmful to your plant...Get some perlite it's a whole 3 or 4 bucks at walmart...your babies will thank me for that, I guarantee it!!!
Its as close as i could get it without fucking up and breaking another light... like i just look at this picture and see the sadness in this poor ass plant like damn im sad just looking at this site... I understand plants dont change in 20 mins im just saying i came back after 24 hours of snowboarding and everything was fucked ... Like i have no idea and this was 4 days ago like i havent seen a improvement only a disappointment
They're not going to fix themselves in a day buddy calm down...Here take a look it took 5 days or better for my girl to snap out of being knocked over and possibly pissed on by my cat, and dirt sat on her leaves for I don't know how long...
I don't mean mix through the soil,some at the bottom of the pot,it's more like chippings and basically crushed stone same as what's found in the ground.

Man that's better, try taking the bulbs out when you move them next time...lol...and I can say with no certainty at all (joke) leave her alone for 3 days and give her a proper light schedule of 18/6 and she WILL come back....OH and don't go stealing anything man (ph meters), karmas out there and she's waiting for you to fuck up so she can bite you in the ass, trust me I'm 45 and IT WILL come back to haunt you...and by the way, I still don't have a PH meter, tried a couple but they were all shit and read 7 no matter what, learn to listen to your plant she will tell you everything you need to know..(but that requires reading and research)...like I said I'm learnin'..Here look at my other baby, the last was a sativa dominant strain, this is an indica dominant strain from the same kush Blue Rhino...
Well I'm a computer geek so I downloaded the "Cannabis Grow Bible" it's a good read along with "Marijuana Basics"...here...I'm tellin ya this is better than school, but ya still gota read...lol
