They aren't really name brand, but I get 60x-200x loupes off eBay. So cheap, and they last a long time. I have only had one go out on me cause I left it on. They're like $4-$8 with free shipping. They work great for checkin my trichs.

Less than $4.00. Mine has the original batteries. Hydrofarm sells the exact same light for $12.00. This is all you really need.
