perpetual is the shit, 3-4 plants a week im cool with that. i fucking hate trimming when my long flower come in all at once it sucks my hands are so broke up from fighting cramps get bad.

160w does about a 3x3 area, in my 2x4 i would prefer x2 100w but they are pricey.
the pentration is about 2-3ft so anything 2-3ft underneath them will be well effected.
the main advantage they have that beats thier disadvantage is the length of time you can run these bulbs if you air cool them they are already gonna last much longer than intended and deal with the heat. but it will also extend the time in which UVb is put out, these bulbs last about a year, my current bulb is about 6 months still going strong.
tho if i where in a Co2 stup i would proably go with flouro, these thing do put off heat.

also the average plant is about a 2x2x2 area, with about 50w of light per plant, so really most people get about 2-3 oz per plant.
