Plant dying, please help!

Soil ph reading 6.9.. I fed it a 1-4-5 at 1 tsp/gal and foliar fed it thinking phosphorus deficiency and now it's just getting worse.. the whole plant looks like this. Out of 10 seedlings this one also grew the fastest. It's starting to do the same thing on another plant. I transplanted from a 2 gal pot to a 5 thinking it may be rootbound but it didn't help at all. Soil is fox farms ocean forest with a bit of perlite.

I searched everywhere for a similiar looking problem and couldn't find any info.. :(

As of this moment it looks like this.. all of the fan leaves are affected, new leaves seem fine but aren't growing at all...

Foliar feeding is probably not wise unless you are sure of what you are doing. I doubt a plant that age in a decent medium has deficiencies. Looks overwatered to me. Are there drain holes in your pots?

First question , what instrument and method are you testing your soil pH :?:

Most soil meters are Chinese dollar store commodity and as well run off is not a sure fire way to obtain a real pH reading of soil .. With a quality soil meter one is able to obtain a true soil pH reading and often it drops as the probe is pushed further down in depth ..

I use a Control Products Wizzard Meter and a Kelway meter and I recommend the first for indoor growers and it needs to be the model with the 12 "probe .

Another question , what are your night time temps and is the plant on a cold surface such as Cement :?:

it is definitely chemical. Phospho deficiency or savage overferting. I would flush the shit out of it, drill a few more holes in your pot and keep the leaves dry. It looks like it was splashed by something it did not agree with.

Yep, there are holes and it drains a bit out of the bottom every time. I water them every 2-3 days depending on the soil moisture. I just use my finger to test it. The temps fluctuate a bit since I have a baseboard heater and it kicks on randomly... so it may be the night temps when I open the window? It's like 30 degrees F outside usually. have 10 plants in a 4x4x8 tent. 3+ weeks old.

Avoid lockouts by purchasing Dolomite Lime and mixing it with your soil and dont allow your soil and room temps to fall below 55 , small pots in a cold room will chill the roots fast ..

I guarantee if you use a real meter that you ll find that your run off is not going to be an accurate test for soil Ph .. Peace .PotSnob

I think it started happening when I began using tap water now that I think about it. Maybe it is diseased? The PH was 7.0, but who knows what is in that shit.

I think that's just to let the chlorine evaporate, if there's some nasty shit in the water it would still rape the plant I would think.

Dude. Plants can do just fine on water that is not fit for human consumption. I highly doubt your water did that to your plant. I don't mean to be an asshole but shitty growing did that to your plant.

Im a noob but wtf is that crap? Id guess that its a result of foliar feeding. Ive never seen those black gross spots before. Keep foliar feeding that one and see if it gets worse. This is why i dont foliar feed lol id wash the leaves off with water for the rest of them. But what do i know lol :):):)

Flush amount would be 15 gallons.. Rinse it off too. Thats horrible looking.

I believe it is debatable depending on the city and water. I let my tap water sit out for chlorine and i will continue to do so but i have been told many cities have switched to another from of chlorine that will not evaporate. But lets get back to figuring out why this guy has developed a new oil strain.... :p

When you foliar feed it would all drip to the bottom of the leaves right? Never done it but thats what id think. Tips look pretty burnt in one of the pics dont ya think? :):):)
