Soil ph reading 6.9.. I fed it a 1-4-5 at 1 tsp/gal and foliar fed it thinking phosphorus deficiency and now it's just getting worse.. the whole plant looks like this. Out of 10 seedlings this one also grew the fastest. It's starting to do the same thing on another plant. I transplanted from a 2 gal pot to a 5 thinking it may be rootbound but it didn't help at all. Soil is fox farms ocean forest with a bit of perlite.
I searched everywhere for a similiar looking problem and couldn't find any info..

As of this moment it looks like this.. all of the fan leaves are affected, new leaves seem fine but aren't growing at all...
