Damn right! I never had a beach towel as my ex is German and he reserved them first daily!! Lol ! (English/German joke!)
Canon 40d with the cheap 50mm 1.8 that's like $80 from amazon. Its good with low light/action.
I took some water dog shots with it when I first got the camera and was a noob:
