There's some burn on the sides of your leaves, maybe your over feeding resulting in hot soil. You'll get this a lot when mentioning MG but that's 2cents for ya

If I were to wake up in your shoes, first I'd transplant after washing her roots clean with room temp distilled water. Then move her into just the Black Gold Potting soil, the one with the tomato on it. It's orange and black bag. Use only distilled water for a week but make sure you address all other areas of growing, first your lighting needs help.

At least go out and at least get a Fleliz 125 Watt CFL 6500K, you''ll need a reflector with larger socket, no ballast though
this isn't a HID. Or step up to the plate and grab one of these bad boys... G8LED.

Then just keep the temp and humidity right. When you transplant her out put her in a cloth 3 gallon pot, then once she takes off you can place that pot in a cloth 5 gallon pot filled with sub cool's sub soil... good luck.

This is my baby at nine weeks she was previously in a 3 gallon black gold soil bag around 4 to 5 weeks, then placed the 3 gallon into the 5 gallon cloth bag filled with super soil.. see my journal to see where she went from there. YE HA View attachment 2563302

Ok instead of just tellin you what to do, i will explain why. You def. need more light. Minimum 100 watts per plant. Your problem is, you are using 2700K lights. You need lights in the 5000k to 6500k light spectrum. With 6500 lumens of light, those plants should be much bigger. But the 2700k spectrum is slowing them down. In veg, use CFL;s that are 5k to 6500k spectrum, and in flower use 2k to 3500k spectrum lighting. The lower the spectrum is in flower the better.......Also, im not sold on a boron def. yet.....Get new lights in there and see how they react to them before doing anything drastic to your plants. Remember, when there is a prob, with a plant, always fix the most basic, easiest, common sense problems first. 9/10 times, the problems with your plants are easy simple fixes that people like to overthink or freak out about because someone online told them to be really worried. Its just a weed, not a Japanese Maple....

The person that said boron is a moron. It's N def due to you using bloom soil with very little N in it, start feeding veg nutes.
