Had quite a few pages of beautiful catching up to do on this thread today! Things are looking great man! I really like the looks of that peyote... I just did the same as you... I decided to push my nutes a little just to ensure the ladies were getting all the need... Today I noticed the slightest burnt tips here and there on them all, but nothing major. Think I'm going to keep my feeding right where it is unless the burn gets any worse. A little is an okay thing right?

Hey bro. Was glad to hear back from you. Glad ypu made it back. And its always good to hear that your babies are doing good also.
And as far as the burnt tips go, like said just back it off just a tad & they'll be straight. That's there way of letting you know that what there eating is just a "tad" to strong. Not much just alittle! That's why I really like my ppm meter. That way I can start my girls on a light setting of nutes say 300 to 340ish, and then I will gradually step the ppm reading up every week so I don't see any "burnt tips" or unhappy girls. And if I do, or anyone else does it, "burnt tips" or spots on leaves, just back off the (N) or whatever you are using, and your girls will straighten there selfs out. Just water with straight H2o I would say a good week as to flush out anything build up in your medium, and also give your girls a "breath of fresh air" (straight h2o) its always good to flush them out slightly ever once in awhile, won't hurt anything! Just add back your microbes, or other soil additives, if using soil as your medium.

looking great! new member but not new to growing been on the site for years just never posted.. looking forward to seeing your progress! check out my current hydro setup under the hydro forum!
Hey bro, what's up? Glad to hear from ya & glad you stopped in to say hello. ;) I am glad you like the girls. they are my pride & joy. I really enjoy being in my growroom tinkering with them. Hell, I do believe I could live in my growroom. Lol. I know I would like it, & the plants would, because of the "extra" attention, but boy my wife sure wouldn't!! Haha.. ;) she already tells me I care about the plants more then I do her!! God, I swear! Why is women so damn jealous over "female plants" now!! Shittt.. I've seen/herd it all now!!

Hey dank or anyone else who knows myocorrhizae or whatever its called, i got a question regarding what you just said about the flush and then adding back bennies.

I was getting yellowing about a month into flower that i didnt like so instead of feeding on my third watering i went FwF with straight nitrogen at 900 ppm. Its helped but im getting a little claw like the peyote plant has. Not that bad but i think im going to take your advice and flush tommorow.

Now my question : the miochorizo crap, can i add it to my water and just water it back in there? Your supposed to add it to the soil when your mixing it for your transplant so i wouldnt think it could hurt anything right. Just add water to it and pour the bennies back in? Sound good? :)

mycho helps alot with P uptake...only the endo 's are beneficial to cannabis...odd thing with mycho is if you hit it with high P food you pretty much wipe it out...mycho will not wash out in the flush if it has grown its mycelia and is active and thriving...

I haven't done a flush in about 6 weeks. I was thinking about not doing anymore until right before harvest. Really think I should?

Well, it wouldn't hurt them at all bro. Hell they'd probley like it. ;) just where you had noticed the burnt tips is the only reason. I mean it won't hurt if you don't, but it wouldn't if you did either. ;) if it where me, and my girls showed me there tips where burnt due to slight burn, I would just do a quick flush on um. Do you use/have a ppm meter? Well, if you do it will stop things such as (burnt leaf tips) you would be able to know right/how much ppm nutes are in your water, I start off on the low end & work my way up with them very slow. I myself would see burnt tips if I was feeding to soon, I was feeding every other watering, (a light mixture) low ppm, then bumped it to every 3 plain waterings, then I feed with the low ppm'd feed. I do this for 1 week, then change the ppm reading just alittle higher, and I do this till I max out at whatever the particular nutes suggest.

I had just moved up gradually and got to the full serving (full outdoor recommended not indoor so I was really pushing them). Was doing it once a week but this time I think it was more like 5-6 days. And no ppm reader here. I was thinking about getting one for the next round, but not sure if I actually should. I was kind of just testing them anyway to see how much nutes they could take. Think I'll run a partial flush in the morning with 5 gallons to the 5 gal pot. How long until I should start the nutes again? I haven't really been big on flushing because I didn't want to add another variable to what is so far a successful first grow

Oh & before I place my babies back in under there lights after watering & misting, I make sure to either blow the water off of them, or take my finger & brush it off. Reason being is because you don't wanna put your babies under your lights with water drops because the beads of water are like tiny little magnifying glasses!! Just incase anyone didn't know. And somthing else. NEVER mist your plants with water, or really anything else while there in there flowering phase!! You don't want any mold(powdery mildew) or anything. So just keep it simple.

Your not really adding another variable, your just responding to your plants needs. Ive never flushed before, first time in dirt, but im going to do it tommorw for the health of my plant. She needs me :)

Dissenting opinion: I watered my entire outdoor crop with a hose and sprayer attachment. Another important concept to consider: If people can boil water in palm leaves; isn't water a rather beastly heat sink? To be a magnifier, water droplets require an offset.
