I never saw any that I would want and good tattoos cost money, money I could spend on something else. All of my friends and most of my family have tattoos though, seems like you're in the minority these days if you don't have one.

But there is no tattoo I dislike more than Japanese/Chinese/Etc symbols on people who don't speak those languages. I mean there are some exceptions to this obviously (like you, Neo, because of your wife and all), but generally it just really irritates me. But that's just this asshole's opinion.

Yes according to the tattooist it means clever and wise, I'm glad it's nothing horrible I was almost afraid to ask.

I've got a shirt, front and back, a property patch on my ass and a swallow tail bird on my inner forearm. I put on a t-shirt and all you can see is the bird. Now that most of the tats are 30+ years old and I probably got the hep c from one of the tattoo parties I attended, or maybe it was from some of the dope I was slamming. I'd do things differently. Be careful and go to a reputable shop.
