Should I use LED or CFL?

Hi all, Been doing a lot of research eyes actually starting to hurt from looking at the screen....Anywho I plan on growing just one plant using bubbleponics was wondering if I should use CFL's or LED's which would be better? for just the one plant ofc

I ask cause I been looking at this LED

wondering if CFL's would just overall be better then that

For that price I say "No". There are LED grow lights out there but reliable ones are NOT cheap. Go CFL to start. 6500K to veg, 2700K to flower to nail it to two. My opinion based on price = you get what you pay for. Those with a lot of LED experience can lead you far better I am sure.

LED are more efficient than CFL but they cost more.

1 might not do it, 13w is not very strong. Right now I am using 2x 55 w cfl's(400w equivalent) and dont think it is enough I think 4x 55w would be good for 1 reg or maybe 2 auto's. But still new to indoor. I am just vegging for an outdoor grow. :)

How many watts do you even need for one plant? I thought you just needed enough light to cover the plant..

The question is how many lumens. There is a minimum to sustain a vegging plant and a minimum
to get anything worth while out of the plant in terms of buds.
