westland tomato feed?

i just picked up some westland tomato feed NPK 4-2-6 with added magnesium and calcium any1 had any experience with this stuff? will be using it with pk bloom boost and canna boost accelerator... i see people using tomorite with good results but i dont think it has calcium :-/

I use a 6-3-8 the whole way through with Ca and Mg and pk1314 along with some potassium Silicat.

As with any nutes, try them and watch for deficiencies.

I can't see why it wouldn't work.

with adding more potassium thats in the pk isnt it? wouldnt it be better to add more P really to fatten up the buds rather than K for foliage? :-/

What is it you use to get an exact 6-3-8? if you don't mind me asking mate.
I'm looking to steady my ratio's up for the grow i'm planning and that to me sounds perfect, will also be feeding it from seedling to finish, in soil.

I'm a coco grower.

I average 350-500g from my 400w. 4x2ft tall plants.

Potassium silicat is a silicon additive to help strengthen cell walls.

It also is usable as pH up.

GROWTH TECHNOLOGY make mine. Its called liquid silicon.

PK1314 is slightly different to the silicon.

I only use PK1314 for at most 2weeks during week4-6 of 12/12.

My nutes at 6-3-8 can get me all the way through from start to finish.

But I like to add some PK along with elevated levels of Ca and Mg to keep the leaves green come harvest time.

it's fine with pk bloom boost. You won't have any defs.

I read any tomato feed is good for an entire grow, not the best no but it works with added pk, b4 i got this tomato feed i was shocked to see it with added calcium as most dont have it or even magnesium, i was going to use crushed egg shells for calcium and epsom salt for mag but i struck gold seeing that £2 westland tomato feed while out grabbing my munchies lol

CANNA AQUA VEGA.

Its a recirculating hydroponic nutrient that I hand feed and throw away the runoff.

Its the best of the canna brand IMO.

Eggshells
For natural fertilizer eggshells are a good option, as they are a common household waste, easy to get your hands on. Eggshells are 93% calcium carbonate the same ingredient as lime, a trusted soil amendment. Calcium is essential for healthy cell growth in all plants and especially important for fast growing ones because they quickly deplete calcium from the surrounding soil. To make a preparation wash the eggshells, then crush them into a powder or small pieces. Work them into the soil around you plants. Flowers, fruits, and vegetables will all benefit from this homemade fertilizer. Make sure you crush the egg shells before you add them to your garden, otherwise they will take a long time to break down. For a faster acting liquid fertilizer, boil twenty eggshells in a liter of water for several minutes. Allow the eggshells to infuse overnight before using this as a fertilizer, use weekly if need be. You can even use eggshells as a pest deterrent. Arrange crushed egg shells on top of the ground surface around tender seedlings to deter snails and slugs. I have used crushed eggshells for years to keep them away as they don’t like the jagged edges!
