Feminized seeds are not genetically modified in any way, except that there is no Y chromosome. The resulting plant is no different than a female from a regular seed. It is normal, natural survival mechanism.
You can easily produce your own feminized seeds. I have done it, so anybody can do it.
I would like to know more about this! I would love to do that.
