Don't hang out "In The Street", 'cause you know who else frequents "The Streets"?

Criminals and the Cops who pursue them.

When was the last time you heard of a guy getting shot by the cops in his own house, or in a nightclub, or a bar, or any other location which is not "In The Streets"?

If you simply must engage in activity which is a violation of law or regulation (even if it is just technically illegal or questionable) do it in a place where the cops are less likely to be summoned by nervous upstanding citizens, and where the cops are far less likely to simply happen upon you.

And pull up your trousers for fuck's sake. You cannot run from the cops with your britches around your ankles, and dressing like a crack dealer tends to make people suspect you MAY IN FACT BE A CRACK DEALER!

see i read various news reports from the NY times, the LA times, Yahoo News, the OP's video, etc... no mention of any witnesses disputing the cop's claim anywhere.

but i guess your resources "On The Street" are better than CNN's or the NY Times'
