are your leaves sitting in your soil? it looks like something has been eating them. and also just for the record, you should never cut the fan leaves off, NMW they look like they are still helping the plant create photosynthesis. if a leaf was no use to the plant it would naturally fall off. Thats my opinion.. it could be the ph of your water but you could lower that with a little bit of vinegar. (6.5 for soil 5.8 for soiless mediums and hydro) here take a look through this and try and see which matches your leaves best. https://www.rollitup.org/marijuana-plant-problems/488004-guide-nutrient-deficiency-toxicity.html

6.0-6.8 is good water ph and varies depending on what the plant needs.
Soil ph is something different. I'd measure the run off and that should tell you your problem
I'd also get an RO system if you could and make sure your plant is getting what it wants (nutrients)

Everyone says this everyone says that. Get ur ph to 6.5 and try keep it as best to that. Then you know if anything else happens to your plants its a toxicity or a dificiency in what your givin it. (in terms of ph lockout) Search on google for a ph lockout chart. And thats all you will need. The best way to grow a plant is simplicity. Forget all the bullshit everyone feeds you. Grow a plant first of all. And you will find your way. They are other problems of course eg overwatering light bleach heat stress bugs ect. But an prevention is the best remidy. Good luck on your road which ever way it leads you.
