My Computer is fuckin broken

Fin, if it's a Windows computer and you're able to get to get past the login you've got a virus. This is a pretty nice tutorial for most Windows viruses.

Neo is right, fin. Sounds like you have a classic case of a .dll virus (that's D L L). Hit your start button, search for "dll". If there are two for Windows, delete the longest one, and immediately restart your computer. Unplug it, pull the battery, whatever you have to do. THIS should fix it.

My money is on malware too. I gave him a link to a free Kaspersky Rescue disk. Unfortunately Fin is being his usual self and ignoring anything even resembling help. Which in the end explains the hate response. Actually it's sad but entertaining a la car wreck.

For years I always stood on the sidelines because I thought he was ok. Then at some point he just got to be too much. I gave him a link to a free rickroll. He "liked" it. So I doubt, even if my help were to be real, he even followed it.

I got my old computer working. I stopped paying attention to advice in this thread like a page or two ago.
