So her birthday is in a couple, but we have only really been dating for a month or 2...Kind of struggling on B-day ideas. I don't really want to just do the flowers...She is not a huge music person. Likes to drink and go out, so I am sure dinner will be on the menu.

We always need a new one (they expire in 6 mths) and it borders on designer/ personal. Perfume is good only if you know what she wears. Don't get underwear but consider gift vouchers.
