Why should the US foot the medical bills for those from other countries who don't treat everyone who just shows up?

I'll agree with you if illegals don't get any constitutional rights, no welfare, police protection or any other privilege afforded full citizens, either born or naturalized, or those who hold a valid visa.

while we're at it, why don't we just spend billions of dollars to deport all these people, thereby crippling may local economies and bankrupting countless farmers?
