Found a plant at the local park, thoughts?

I think it may just be you.makes plenty of sense to me and is one of my main arguments that outdoor grows should be secure. of course that's not possible everywhere.

I tried growing outside. Came back to a bunch of those rolly poly bugs munching away. Most of them got mashed.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS, the whole point if to get off your own property, and if its on your own no one should be there, lots of downs to a park, but one up is that there always people around so you wouldnt stick out as much, plus you can always drive around to look before entering your grow area, but NO WAY should anyone steal someone elses crop, just for that reason your next crop will go to hell, KARMA kicks your ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this is asking for more people to find the plant, and if you leave any number to the grower and someone else finds it, whos door are they coming to, no sense here, leave it alone as if it were just another plant in the park!!!!!!

Leave a note... Phone number is optional, maybe someone else would find it, and 'they' will take it and leave your little note 'changed' a bit:

"Hi... I took your plant, here's my phone number, so you can come by and smoke some with me...Dumbass"

When he calls you, you'll be like "No-No, I left your plant, ....and left my number..."

Right-Right....
or maybe the park ranger finds your plant...calls the cops... knock on your door...

Me, I'd bring a bigger pot [red dixie cup-heavy??] with soil in it... extra water... and re-plant it for him...

Then, move it 25' away... with a note left at the orgional cup:
"Thank-You... I moved it to a more secure location...twenty-five feet away...."

Uh huh... Well like was said before. Possession is 9/10s of the law. So, when it's not on the property that you own, and it's on a property to the public, wouldn that make it anyones grow? Yes it would. It's like takin a metal detector to the park, and you found a 10,000$ rolex. Would you put it back on the ground? Telling yourself "oh this is someones watch! I better not touch it" no you wouldn't. But it'd be different if you were using that detector and found that watch in someones backyard!!!

Yeah actually... The park has a curfew, if you're on the property past a certain time. It is tresspassing!

You can't say it's stealing. Because you don't know if it was abandoned or not? Would you leave a crying baby in the woods? Because it might be someones kid? Of course it is! But it was abandoned.


Take the plant, THEN leave your number. Noone knows what's up except the "grower" or "abandonee" he'll call, say it wasn't abandoned, and give it back... Then when you give it back, then!! You can ask for some bud when it's done. You said it was your first grow. This would be good experience

Lol, get a shovel, and plant it right where you found it. Seeing the guy/gals face when they find it would be great. Seeing them stand there scratching their head with a funny look would be the best.

Fun post...

It probably is a kid/first grower, in which case they did pretty well to get it to that level. Maybe a note saying "if you want this to be successful, you need a bigger pot." With some instructions...then just see if the owner does it/moves the plant. What else can you do? If you walk away with it someone might see you -- and besides, just because someone was a little on the naive side in putting it there (what was going to happen when it started to smell???), you don't want to steal a plant. Bad karma.

But if you're interested in what it is, take a cutting...:)

if you need to steal a plant like that.....lol. i can't even think of a reason to.... hell i might even drop a few left over clones off next to it to hook the guy up with some real weed to grow next year. I throw out more plants than i flower for sure.
