Here is a listing of the dispensaries that are now open, and by looking down the list one can predict which ones are still in the running to be open before the deadline to open hits in June or July. At this point less than 20% of the dispensaries that applied to open will in fact actually open. At this point there are only 6 licensed, open dispensaries in the state of Arizona (discount the dispensary listed in Surprise on Union Hills. Does not exist in the AZDHS database and no one has been able to verify. Leafy lists it as a dispensary, but it is false information. http://azmarijuana.com/map/

Ooop's, the dispensary application / progress file is too big. Anyone who wants a copy of that list please email me at [email protected]

I DO NOT support the dispensaries. We have 2 seperate lawsuits currently underway to try and abolish this ridiculous 25 Mile Rule, which is un Constitutional under the Arizona Constitution and State law. We will win this battle, problem is it might take 2 years for the courts to rule.

Dispensaries have a deadline to open their doors. If they don't, then all of the licenses will be back up for grabs. A lot of investors are waiting for this day :) some that I personally know of with facilities, permits and the money to get the ball rolling tomorrow if need be. If you haven't gotten your renewal yet, I'd advise to do so ASAP! Because in June or July these bitches should be opening up everywhere...just like California and Colorado though, they won't last long ;)

Because the State of Arizona dragged it's feet for 2+ years, there are plenty of qualified and experienced caregivers that have secured 80% of the patients, who enjoy top quality medicine delivered to them for many times 50% less than what the dispensaries charge. The dispensaries are pretty much doomed. The sneaky 25 Mile Rule, written into the Prop 203 by the attorney the dispensary owners hired to create the proposal, was the "fork" that made it clear even to the newbie of the control and conquer mentality of the greedy corporate dispensary model.
