How about just putting me on your ignore list. Do yourself a favor? Keep the head in the sand where it belongs.

There is the war movie about about Korea and the invasion of the South in June 1950. Brotherhood of War. Subtitled.

It's filmed like Saving Private Ryan, so high production. But, the story is cautionary, like all good war stories.

These two brothers are in a village north of Seoul, run out the first day, evacuated. They are standing around at a refugee center and a army truck drives up and conscript them and a bunch of others. No training, at all. Straight to the front line.

But, the story is the evil to civilians. When finally redeploying one brother stops by to see his girl and she is about to be shot as a collaborator. When a town changes hands, the enemy makes you work for food and some women have other, special duties....if they want to eat. This happened throughout Asia and Europe, in all Wars, it has never seen a beginning, lost in time, and we will never see the end of civilian reprisal.

When the little village was re-taken by the South, now the girls are whores, shot into mass graves and shop keepers are hanged.

Well these two brothers bust that up and a lot more killing happens. They are hunted men, but just go over and join the commies. Not welcomed there either.

So, all the dumbs that want strife in America and want a new Constitution or Libertarian Theory, remember this.

War is about panicking, staving and murdering civilians. It always happens. It happened in our 2 civil wars. And it will happen again if the new-left has their way.

What happens to civilians is War's most dirty secret.

Yeah. It's explosive all right. :)

If an offical State Milita grabs you, like in this movie, because they need bodies for the breach, well, it's good to know how to shoot back. But, be sure those little assholes you hate have found a way to slime into a local Thuggery to torment your family and keep the "martial peace." , practice rough justice and petty pleasure. That what is so cold about this movie.

It is all throughout the stories of every single war. As the Swiss WW2 resistance manual describes, you are damned to death, whatever. You are occupied and your govt has abandoned you, for the time being. But, capitulation, fraternization, association, collaboration is also death. And it won't be a Court of Law, it will be a Citizen Vendetta.

Best to fight. Best to resist. Best to starve. No neutrals in occupation.

Honestly though, I feel really bad for the North Koreans. They are being enslaved and starved to build a military to fight a war that exists only in the Great Leader's mind.

Gee, sounds just like home.
I don't know where home is for you, but for me it is the United States. True, we spend way more on the military than we need and it is causing economic problems. But the comparison ends there unless people start getting rounded up into forced labor camps, start vanishing for voicing dissent or starve because too much of the infrastructure is dedicated to the military.

Lol, yeah its pretty obvious you live in the united states.

Denial is ugly.

I live here in the US too, but I took the red pill.

I'm not sure what you are getting at. What am I in denial of? I assume you mean that I am the one in denial since you took the red pill and if I read you right, you are implying I took the blue pill.
