I know that you can only possess 2oz at one time. But how long do you have to wait after purchasing the 2o's to purchase more?

As long as it takes you to walk into another dispensary as far as I know. When my temp card was getting close to 35 days I freaked out and stocked up lol... Nobodies watching bro.... I don't think. Is it still considered paranoia I'fn they really are out to get you?

They actually ARE out to get you. Well not you, but someone a lot like you. Someone with more than 2 OZ in his/her possession. I visited a couple disps in the first day and there was no reason not to pick up more than 2 oz in a day, but they do keep a record that could leave behind a paper trail if there was ever a reason to check up on your activities. I suppose if I lived in Kansas and wanted to make a weed run, and had a red card in CO, i could hit like 20 shops and head back to KS with 40 ozs, so in theory that could be a problem, but really, is that realistic? I think it came from Chef, we need to regulate MJ like tomatoes.

You can buy two ounces per day.....everyday if you so like.
These guys are right though you can walk from one place to another and buy. Dispensaries have no way of knowing.
I dont even think anything will come of it, till it does and then you are F'd. But probably will never happen.

You are not allowed to posses more than two ounces at a time.
Under 64 you can keep all you grow, but it has to be in your house. You can carry one ounce under 64.

Your doctor has the option to give you a higher plant count, as well as a higher possession for dry bud. While it is not recognized by law enforcement, it is recognized by the state health department giving you a better standing in court if the cops do try to prosecute.
