I know a guy who used to be a huge coke addict. He still drinks, but says he can't smoke weed. Shouldn't it be the other way around? WTF am I missing?

I'd have to say it depends on what he means by "drinks". I drink, but sporadically and in moderation. I've fallen to the opiates, but can still drink with out cross-tolerance issues.

My issue here is fairness. I've seen some legitimate complaints against Brasso, but this isn't one. My opinion. cn

She has said plenty of times herself that the only thing she is able to do from a moderator standpoint is clean up spam and keep people playing nicely.
