ya i will when they wake up at 9
CO2 injection is excellent - 95 F is pushing it even for CO2 though!
I am doubting the usefulness of "home-made" CO2.
Why is it that you doubt the usefulness of "homemade" CO2?
If the space is not that big, and you use the fermenting sugar water method, the amount of CO2 released is definitely enough to keep the plant stable, and may be enough to boost the plants growth process.
Intead of just allowing the CO2 to escape into the air without control, however, I'd use one of the s-curve airlocks, like you would if you were homebrewing. I've found that a Gatorade bottle fits my rubber stoppers perfectly, and the airlock releases ONLY CO2 from the bottle.
If you place this in between two plants, they'll benefit magnificently.
Since you asked - unless you have a way of measuring and regulating the amount of CO2 being injected, having the "right amount" is hit or miss. I'm not trying to persuade anyone to stop using it, I'm just not encouraging them to start. If it works for you - go for it!
