12/12 from seed problem

one of my females is growing and hairs are coming in but the other only has one or 2 hairs and there not growing out too much anything i dont know this is my first 12/12 from seed the first 2 pictures is obviously the one growing fine and the others are the one not

both of the plants sprouted around the same time as well

same seeds? if so are they both getting the same amount of light or does one shadow the other by chance?the smaller could be rootbound? theres alot of factors to play into your question.

phoenotype. Unless they're clones they will grow different under the same conditions.

there both bag seeds and the one with less hairs is taller but just not getting the clusters of hairs here's what it looks like with the top on and off
