Does TGA not make fem seeds?

It is my opinion and the opinion of MANY of the best growers in the legal MMJ state of Washington that TGA is just not worth a run!!!

I understand that....It is my opinion, though, that TGA is worth a run, and not only that, offers some of the strongest, most stable, and most potent genetics around, especially regarding terpene production and terpene profile.

But I'm not from the legal MMJ state of Washington, just from the bum-fuck south, so my opinion is basically null and void I suppose.

TGA is great for terpenes, however because TGA uses Space Dude in so much shit many strains share similar terpenes, so variety isn't really there. I mean I got some querkle bud that is just slightly off the smell of my Dairy Queen, obviously both are SQ leaning phenos (i did have dog shit smelling dairy queen phenos, kept the lemonade pheno) I'ver heard this from others to, TGA shit all starts tasting the same.

I've run genetics from over 10 other seedbanks, and TGA seeds have by far produced the most vigorous and healthy plants. By far. I'm also a big fan of Reserva Privada/DNA and TH Seeds.

Other companies I've tried: Greenhouse, Sensi, Serious, Barney's Farm, Mr. Nice, Dinafem, Big Buddah, Cali Connection, Nirvana, G13 labs. And to be honest, that probably isn't even half of them.

I'm just stating what I've observed. Space Dude is used in a lot of TGA's breeding projects because he has a proven father that he keeps. He did an actual male selection and found the dad he liked, and has kept it around. He did the same thing with a JTR father, he also uses it in 5 or 6 of his hybrids. He's acknowledged the lack of total variety is his strains, and how the the phenos can kind of start to meld in people's minds after a while.

If I'm not mistaken, they are set to release around 20 new strains this year, and Sub has found 2 new mother plants to work with. So I expect new things, and rails of resin as always.

I would be ignorant if I didn't have 14 different strains, from 5 different breeders in my flowering room right now. I never said TGA was the best seedbank in the world. It's what works best for me. It's what gives me my favorite flowers. That's all.

20 new strains of garbage... I personally know some folks who tested Ripped bub and Qish and both told Sub they were not ready for release but that didn't stop him. BTW and I'm not trying to be a dick but you keep saying "HE" as if he breeds, he don't breed no more, thats where shit got all fucked up, have you seen his breeding videos? He aint pumping out 20 strains from that closet, so he relies on others to do the work, shit Dioxide created some of the better strains, not sub.

I am surprised though you've ran some good breeders, by chance were you running fems (GHS, Barny and Dina I know were fems) by those breeders, in my experience fems have not done me well, thus i don't use em ever. I found a lot less healthy, vigorous plants in the fems i ran in the past. Serious puts out some fire, I've done AK and WR in the past and I've pheno hunted for a killer Bubblegum more recently. Of your list Sensi, Serious and MR Nice have amazing strains, not a fan of some of those others you listed... ain't grown anything from Sensi yet but got a pack of their Mr Nice waiting to be germed.

Dont spread silly myths. Nothing is wrong with a feminized plant, in any way shape or form. Breed away with it.

To be fair, I can honestly say I've not tried fem seeds, and the reason I haven't is that I've been going on the advice of others. Perhaps this is a solid wake up call to not bank on anything until I've tried it myself/done it first-hand Thanks for that.

Bro, this is the biggest problem with places like RIU. People say nonsense, others pick up on it and continue going around spreading the nonsense. Fem seeds are great. I grow fems and regs in every single batch and have been for YEARS. People who dog fem seeds are morons who have no clue.

You do know the meaning of stable?
There is nothing stable about any of TGA strains. I am not saying it isn't good, but it is NOT stable, even TGA will admit to that.

Sub has stated multiple times that he doesn't believe in feminized seeds and he won't produce them. If I recall correctly, he even one time while ranting about it said "Fem seeds are for pussies"...LoL. I don't know if I would take it that far, but anywho...

I've ordered 3 different 5-packs of TGA seeds and have yet to find a male. I germinate my seeds at 72 degrees, and this is what I largely attribute my excellent female/male ratio to.

If you watch The Weed Nerd 125, Sub even talks about this. He has his crew of breeders and testers (TGA Crew) that have run numerous, numerous experiments trying to find a male. Sub talks about starting 20 Vortex seeds, thinking it was going to be a breeding project, and getting 19/20 females. He then gave 10 seeds from the same batch to somebody else, and they got 7/10 males. The only difference was, the other guy germed the seeds above 80 degrees. He said he has seen this phenomena happen numerous times.

I know when I do my male search in a few weeks, I'm going to build a special germ box to be at a constant 85 degrees. I'm not going to be stubborn and ignore the advice of one of today's best breeders, who has been doing this shit since he was 9 years old. Not to mention, offers some of the finest herb in the world. When somebody speaks, I listen. (Usually)

Cool beans -- literally! LOL I just watched #125 and was equally taken with the advice that seeds germed at slightly lower temps had a higher female/male ratio. My own experience last year had me pop two seeds at 80 degrees (out of the soil in 2.5 days and both males) and two seeds at about 70-72 degrees (out of the soil in 4-5 days and both females). Coincidence? Maybe. But since I can control the temperature of the room when I germinate, I'm going to keep it to 72 and see what happens. It was funny at the time because I started to worry there was something wrong with the second two since they took longer than the first two.

Oh, and they were Jillybean. A fine TGA-originated strain. I'm always a little surprised to hear that some people feel a need to come down hard on TGA gear. If a grower doesn't like something about TGA's offerings, then grow something else. There's tons out there! No need to draw lines in the sand. We all like what we like -- that doesn't mean something else is bad. I happen to like the TGA high profile found among most of the strains -- comfortable, anti-anxiety, calming, inspiring and no paranoia. I'm going to grow other breeders' strains at some point, but I'm enjoying experimenting with these. The variables between the strains change slightly (what I read here as a criticism), but that allows me to understand the differences in the end product based on the genetics. And I think that's pretty cool.

I germed 5 cheese quake seeds a few months back now and just recently got them into flowering. I am 5 out 5 for females. I germed my seeds in my apartment nothing special but it is probably 68-70 degree's.

I grew out 3 packs of TGA, 3 different stains: All were wildly unstable, no two plants looked alike, some were prone to mutation, none had impressive yield. Just for yucks I kept the best looking JTR plant and have been working with it all season. 4 cycles now. No matter what I do with the thing, little changes. YMMV
