Ay D, I have had plants open just a couple of sacks, or a nanner or two, and they didnt ruin the entire plant, only the surrounding area.

If it turns to a full blown herm, yeah you should chuck it, but if it is only a couple sacks here or there, it might be worth it to keep it and flower it...
