April 19th, your state needs you

Howdy folks, I'm a RI caregiver but I care about my neighbors so I thought I'd come remind you all that your voices need to be heard at the hearings on april 19th regarding your rights as a patient or c/g to grow. Mass has a real shitty, dispensary monopoly thing that is in the works,...DON'T LET IT HAPPEN!!! THESE ARE YOUR RIGHTS,......STAND UP AND SCREAM!!!

What do you mean Shitty monopoly thing? I like the idea that they are thinking of limiting the owners to running no more than 3 dispensaries, have to grow onsite, can't ship in from other states and can't whole sale. I've never lived in another state with medical marijuana laws but after reading through the first draft for MA that they published a few days ago it seemed to be pretty fair, but please elaborate what you mean if possible. Any info will help. Thanks.

By monopoly, the dispensaries will be the ONLY place you can get it. You're stuck with their prices, no c/g's, no growing unless hardship is proven (detailed and not easy), yadda yadda

What is means is you will probably pay 400+ an oz for sub standard meds. You will have limited strains available and chances are they wont be organic. Many caregivers operating now are delivering multiple strains of high quality meds grown organically for 270-300 an oz. Delivered discreetly to you with out anyone invading your privacy or knowing your business.

ya that don't sound too good especially with the black market prices being so shitty in MA. so you know your gonna be paying serious money and a lot of cancer patients also patients on disabillity won't be able to afford their meds. although if you really need it and can't afford it you minds well grow your own med state or not fuck uncle sam fuck the law aint no man on this earth gonna tell me how to live my life I'm a grown fucking man. the only ones I hate more then the goverment are the med growers who talk like your a criminal if you break the law to grow they should all be shot even though they break fed law they act like there shit don't stink. and the funny thing is med growers are more likely to get busted then someone like me.

Yikes! $200 cap here. Not the point though. Just like the tuna industry down the cape, once the few in control get in cahoots, they control the market. The legal one anyway. These are different times, if they don't do it right, the public WILL get vocal out in front of your store but if u guys get loud early, you may be able to avoid the whole mess.
