No idea how to train? I bent the stems and trimmed just enough to get airflow under her which is what I wanted. And this is my first time doing any training so you're way off! As far as soil and cfls go...that's a dump compared to dwc with a 1k hps. Thanks for dropping me off your friends list...like I care. This isn't fb and I'm not a little school girl. I just showed my first attempt at something new.
