luncheon meat makes me shudder. ate it plenty as a kid don't get me wrong but with the recent beef scandal I.E it being horse and other animals!? i'd be giving cheap products a swerve for a while.
We have a chain store in the uk called Dickinsons pork butchers, being on low carb i walked in and asked how much meat% was in the sausages. he picked the label up and it said 29%
what the f@ck?!? i looked at the enormous pile of links and thought what the hell are the other 2/3 of that pile of sausages made from. walked straight back out.

Id eat horse, ive eaten it before and its fine. It tastes like beef, awwww poor witel horsey, gimmie a knife and fork and a beer tonight i ate mango habenero and smokey jalepeno wings at buffalo wild wings and washed em down with margaritas and honey jack. I had it in France, its like a tough bit of brisket beef. Nothin special. If horse burgers come out on sale I reckon beef burgers would be outsold.
