Attitude Seeds 2 orders in a row have NOT been received!

I placed 2 different orders with attitude, both with 80$ worth of seeds, with regular "Non-Stealth" shipping. One of the orders shipped the same day(March 22nd), the other shipped on the 26th, Neither orders have arrived, today marks the 18th day on the first package and the 13th or 14th day for the second package. Both of these packaged are stuck in (ISC) Chicago, IL

This frustrates me beyond belief, I heard they had quality customer service and quality souvenirs, I know this looks bad being my first post I'm ranting, I just need a little advice, or help. I'm planning on being a very active member if I can ever get some of theirs or someone more reputable's souvenirs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you ordered your first lot and then ordered again 4 days later?
attitude are UK based and with you being in the US they will take their time to get to you.
Did you not contact them?

I use to use Attitude and had maybe 12 orders placed the last 3 years. All arrived but one, which ended up in Alabama some place for some reason. Attitude resent another right away and it arrived fine. But lately, I've been reading more and more issues with them and started using Herbies. I placed two orders last month, bought the extra "stealth" shipping and both arrived quickly-one in 11 days and the other in 6 (YES, 6 days) to the U.S. They are cheaper then Attitude, have better customer service, they have more beans in stock and I'm at the point I wouldn't order anywhere else. ALWAYS BUY THE EXTRA-STEALTH PACKAGING, W/O THE ORIGINAL BREEDER PACKAGING no matter who u order from and you'll avoid a lot of issues with customs. I've definitely read it's getting harder and harder to get your beans now, which sucks......Good luck with it.

Yeah always go stealth. Most places add a warranty with the stealth option. Guarantee your shipments!

And contact them

Attitude's has nothing to do with how long a package sits in US Customs, which is what ISC is. Customs will send it through when they send it through and not one second sooner.

You ordered without a guarantee so you knew the possibilities. Don't knock the sender because of what the postal system does. They sent it just as you ordered and put your address. You didn't ask for "extra" shipping so why expect it? As far as customer service goes, attitude will back themselves if its an error on their part or if you've selected stealth shipping. Kick yourself for ordering twice and neither having the guarantee. You could've placed the two orders together with stealth and you would've been ok. You must have been looking to get double freebies.....but you may have screwed yourself. I'm sorry if this seems rude but I'm just being honest.

I've ordered several times from Attitude and always received my order. I haven't purchased guaranteed. Anyway mine has always gotten here but shipping coming through customs is sketchy. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes slow, this is tax time in the US. Lots of returns are coming in from overseas etc...

I wouldn't worry. Just check your tracking daily. I once had a package spend almost a month at customs, ugh. But it all got to me and that's what's important.

The only reason I had double orders is my friend placed an order using my account, but with a different credit card, and different items. I read so many times that the stealth shipping wasn't necessary, which was the only reason I didn't do the stealth option. I guess I goofed. But I did contact them, and I am waiting for a reply. I placed both orders on the same day, they just shipped different days. I will wait the full 21 days then I guess and then go from there.

Thank you all though, I'm surprised at how nice and helpful the community is so far, most places its drama as soon as you log in. I will keep everyone posted on the status of them, and I will be praying they come in. I made the mistake of paying for a HPS lighting setup and soil / nutes.

They have great service so be patient. Even though you didn't guarantee your order doesn't mean all hope is lost. When you contact them explain your situation and ask if they can discount another order if they refuse to replace it. They will work with you if you're not rude or offensive, usually.

your orders are both in customs waiting to be cleared. if they get inspected by customs they will be confiscated, if not the package will be delivered a few days after tracking shows 'cleared customs' status. i really wouldn't worry until 3 weeks. most my orders clear customs and delivers in 14-17 days after shipping.

also be aware that usps tracking sucks ass, theyre slow to update the status. and stop looking at the tracking details everyday, itll just piss you off.

btw, i always buy the insurance when i order, whats a extra 10$ on top of 100$? then you wouldnt worry yourself and stress out.

Your item will say it's sitting there until the day it's delivered to you in my experience. It's like the post office scans it when it gets to the US... and then they just say fuck it until it gets to your home city.

I have made 3 orders in the past 4 months and they took about 2 weeks to get to maine, but always go stealth. Spend the extra 11 bucks and make sure you get your seeds!

I'm in the same boat with my Attitude order. I placed an order on 3/21 that shipped on 3/22 and Royal Mail Track and Trace states that it's in Melbourne, Australia for delivery. That's as of 3/25, it hasn't updated since. I'm not in Melbourne, Australia. Anyway, not sure if it is normal for shipments to pass through Australia or not, but it's only been 2 weeks so hopefully it eventually makes its way to my doorstep. Unfortunately, I didn't opt for the guaranteed shipping. I've only ever ordered from Nirvana in the past and had no issues. But, I wanted to give Attitude a try for one of their promotions. They do seem to be really good about getting back to you. Jodie responded promptly to my inquiry about a possible mis-delivery. She said to wait about 21 business days before requesting non-delivery.

I use Herbie's whenever possible and generally orders arrive within a week, but this is right on the East Coast (NYC, not Chicago). As far as I know, Herbie's orders were guaranteed by default (I thought)... you didn't have to order anything extra for that.

Well, the first order (My friends order) its been 22 days for that one now, 17 of those days its been sitting in customs. Still no update on either order. My order has 4 more days till it reaches 21 days. I'm so disappointed, I already purchased the HPS system etc, and I don't have any seeds to put to use after spending 600$... Any other seedbanks that are reliable? I sent Attitude another message, and haven't got a reply yet (It's been 3 days).

Would you recommend Herbie's over Attitude? I just really want some seeds to get this show on the road... It's getting close to a month..

Sea of Seeds is a good seed bank, and the stealth is good. And like everyone say's, get the guaranteed shipping. I know a person tries to save money, but it's worth it if your shit gets snagged. And don't give up hope yet, maybe Attitude will help out, but it really is not their fault.
