does anyone know exactly how much can a 400 hps light yeild? and also have anyone ever ordered white widow seeds from cannabis.com because i have and its been over a week now. also if i want super duper dense buds will my 400 watt give me that denseness? and how many square feet can i cover with that setup? and has anyone ever used fox farm ocean forest and if so what kindve nutrients did you use? thankyou anyprofessional advice would help

No buddy your 400w HPS will be fine for flower, but you want a MH or CFLs for veg, somewhere in the 6500k light spectrum range. I myself use nothing but CFLs...but what you really need is to research about what you're doing before you come on here and expect people to just give you their knowledge, that's how we got ours, read and grow...trial and error my friend..and welcome to RIU where we have fun with n00bs, hope you got thick skin..lol..we all went through it
No one is saying that asking questions is a bad thing and people here are willing to help others out, but as I said, the questions you asked have already been asked and answered multiple times throughout this site and all over the internet. Were simply telling you do some research and learn the basics for yourself. Remember being in school and asking the teacher the definition of word only to have them hand you a dictionary. Doing things on your own is sometimes the best way to learn. By the way, calling us assholes for haveing a little fun with you and telling you to do a little research on your own is not only rude, but completly uncalled for.

If I grew one plant under a 400 w HPS, and veg'd her for say 8/9 weeks, she would yield about 8-9 zips....
If you do the same, you may get 1-2 zips...
Mr2shim might get 1-2 lbs....
Experience/technique/love for your plants/attention to detail will all have impact on your plants...

But asking how much you're going to yeild w/a 400w HPS is like asking how long will it take to set up a server with all allowances and privelages with user and admin accounts for a system w/400 terminals...First how long have you been doing this? Apperantly not long if you don't know the answer. So with that said, there is no stupid questions as long as you've exhausted every other possible choice...I have google and google is my friend and will answer all questions within reason. It will even give you links to this site with all your questions answered, before you ask them. That's how I found this site..still good luck, when you have a plant goin and ask question with pics, you will get all the help you need buddy

There are many growers that can get around 400 grams off of a 400 watt light.
