I got high when I was 14 and I still get high.
Whatever word politicians want to associate with cannabis to appease the general masses is bogus.
We all know better, we live the life, we walk the walk, what does it matter if the vernacular is learned or slang.
These so called persuasive talks or times is just the governments way of backpedaling on an issue they knew was wrong and they're trying to save face.
There is an argument to be made for the introduction of cannabis to those of us who were ill informed, by use of the term "medicinal" but we users seem to be stuck in the mire of political mumble jumble and red tape, so lets just drop all the posturing and go get high.

People abuse every system.... Hell, I know a guy who went to the "DR". He told the doc, "I got depression" Doc says "what seems to trigger your depression" my friend - "I get depressed every time I run out of weed"

Well...no. The US 9th Court of Appeals ruled on this specifically about CA SB 420. They tried to make an arbitrary limit of 8 plants and the Court said no.
No can say, and no research has been done on why folks need ganja and for what, or how much they need to grow for it to make sense.
The Court was shown how hard it is to grow this stuff safely and securely and realized a person might loose 8 out of 8 or keep only 1 in 10. They were shown how long it takes in the best of cases.
So, you can be haughty and judgmental, but it's just your opinion to say the system is abused that way.

So this is my point of view on the medicine front.
legit people who use weed to help alieviate pain or whatevercondition should have free access. and as theres so much variety i dont see why patients should be limited to one strain. i hate mexicans and most jamaican (lambs breath i love, thats it) so if i needed it for a condition and they only had haze or mexican, id shoot myself. i hate their taste.
that said, i dont think non med users should ve denied weed. if you just wanna get baked, who should say any other. fucking perscription should give one person access and another not. we should all be free to enjoy ganja. to me, i think its fucked when med + users snub their nose at non meds. Thats wack

It is a fulfilling Med in ways un-known.
So, sneering? Who cares? Many that sneer have probably never had any. But, even my 85 year old Dad, that as seen his share of dying....though ganja is not for him, he isn't sneering any more.
I've told him all about it.
He needs it. We all need it. I call it a universal sub-clincal medical problem for everyone that does not get stoned.
