A cool tube might help. Are you exchanging air from the same room? What's your Rh?
ive tried with more intake didn't change anything just seems like it wants to stay at that temp no matter what

I vent my light straight to outside and pull in room air with a temp of 70
haha nope I actually checked that and even put in 2 other just to make sure

ide buy a big fan heavy duty place it on the out side of the wall blow it into the room and on the outher side cut a vent so you have a cross breeze, this will work great for small lights like yours , people with a lot more have a dedicated ac machine in the grow room, but not for your small set up

maybe some pics..............8 in fan w a 400 your tent should be like one degree higher than the room its in.......
ill grab some later and the fan is a 6"

It should be about 75 in your tent. Is your tent a portal to hell?
im starting to think soo idk what going on but it has droped to 82 but still not where I would like it

Check your incoming air temps, a 600W lamp vented out of the room should raise your temps about 6 degrees.

Shitt... I'm happy to get 80deg! I've been fighting temps sence spring started! I'm buy a ac next week. Expensive but the lazy/smart way =)
