I don't really consider it ditch weed when it has a desirable breeding trait such as auto flowering:) lowryder gets me high maybe because of the other strains that make up the breed but still thats pretty good:)

Why is autoflowering a desirable trait? You cant clone it? Your stuck making seeds or worse buying the same seeds over and over? It's half government hemp and half maryjane? Why would anyone be interested in a half breed that was originally designed to not have any THC at all

- the Dagga they are talking about is just south-african slang for the kind of weed they have there. kinda like kush is from afghanistan, dagga is from south africa... like Durban poison is a good example i guess.
- there is another psychoactive drug called Dagga, i believe its actually Dagga Root that contains whatever makes you trip or whatever it does to you.
- I have my doubts about auto-flowering strains as well. I wouldnt buy straight lowryder, but I've got some Auto lowryder diesel and some Auto-AK X Auto Kush. I've talked to people who grow these hybrids and they swear by them. The reason you would want to grow with an auto strain is because it is really easy to do a perpetual harvest, as you don't need to change light seetings indoors and it will grow outside multiple generations each year as long as it's not in the winter (in most places) and I actually did the math once and you can fit ALOT of these as they branch very little if at all, so you can fit waaaaay more plants in your grow-room and actually if you run a perpetual harvest indoor with auto and run a perpetual harvest of conventional marijuana indoors, by the end of the year you would produce a substantially larger amount of dried/cured buds. even though they are small, they have amazing flowers considering thier short stature so basically you are just growing buds right out of the ground. For now I'll just use them to fill up space in my grow area, but they really do look promising if you actually get your face away from your bong for 2 minutes to do a little research. Everybody who I have talked to who grows these say that they are just as good as even some of the better strains. Think about how weak regular bud was 30 years ago and it might give you an idea of how good auto bud will be 30 years from now... only with todays tech and botany it's not gonna take 30 years, and some people have been working on these things for a decade or more. I'm willing to bet it's probably not just "glorified hemp"
