you shouldnt have young seedlings that are that vounerable to the outside elements outside yet. chances are if its too small it wont come back. try and prop it up with a small stick or something and if you can get em out of the heavy rain if it comes back untill they are large enough to withstand it.

Thank you is it bad 2 pour water on the leaves it self i think the suns been burning it when there's little water droplets on them 1 of my plants was in heavy ran for 2 days on and off and hes green and ok

2 liter soda bottle with bottom cut off and drill a few holes in it.

or a milk jug will do the same, but yeah try and keep little baby plants safe, they are vulnerable to heavy rain and wind. Just gotta keep them safe. if there outdoor plants watch the weather and take every precaution you can
