Since when is throwing explosives from your car, and perpetrating the worst bombing since 9/11, a "perceived" threat. That's an actual threat, there's no speculation there. You'd have grounds to be concerned if the cops didn't clear out, and if something had actually been lost. There were no liberties lost; those cops don't get to haul you in for your grow they saw while searching for the bomber. Right now, you're making a big deal about nothing.

The moment you chuck home-made hand grenades out of the car while fleeing police, you're worthy of pursuing further. Don't let facts stop you though. You've done swimmingly with "what-if" so far.

So how about that list of liberties that remain lost as a result of the bombing lockdown? How's that coming along?
