im not sure about part of what you said. there are plenty of things about the cell we do not understand as well as parts of a cell and their actions. bi location with photons is possible but we arent sure how.

I have no idea what bi location is - I assume you are referring to quantum entanglement here.
So how does this relate to what happens to energy when the body/cell dies?

cellular memory. because a cell is no longer part of the body does not mean that it is still not connected to the host of the cell. and how it relates is that we have no idea how this is possible or how its connected. and if its possible for a particle to be in two places at once including things that make up the cell, what else is there? we dont know. we are always learning new things that contradict past laws of physics.

If you want to support your belief (any belief) by pointing to the gaps of what we know, then you are defining your belief to live inside an ever shirking pocket of scientific ignorance. As time goes by the room for your belief diminishes until it inevitably retreats to an unfalsifiable position based purely on faith, such as dualism or creationism. A belief which makes its home inside of unfalsifiable ignorance shares it's residency with gremlins, unicorns and homunculi.

The energy in your body is either chemical or electric. It all originates from an external source, our food. Our current understanding of biology is pretty extensive and we understand how our cells (and plants) operate and the use of energy -- ATP -->ADP , TCA cycle, electron transport chain, photosynthesis, cellular respiration, neuron depolarization, ion channels, etc. There is nothing magical or mystical or as yet inexplicable about it. We understand where energy for our cells comes from, how it interacts and where it goes. When cell death occurs, there is no more energy left. It doesn't 'go' anywhere, it came and was used up.
Somehow this conversation is becomming a bit to literal for me and its being steered into a corner where you like to prove people are wrong somehow but catching them on the slightest detai,s of their wording. And now this magical life energy as some call it Xd (not me btw) is being refered to as cells and tyheir energy and such ... well good for you.
Not my cup of tea tbh

Logical deduction is a method. It doesn't imply anything. There is always an 'answer' or conclusion to deduction but it always relies on the premise or the question being asked. Deduction is not the only way to use logic however, so just because you cannot deduce answers, doesn't mean it is unanswerable or that intuition or gut feelings will get you any closer to the truth. In fact, a reasonable person understands the limitations of things like intuition, common sense and how our brains continually fool and deceive us. Critical thinking is a way to eliminate the biases of gut feelings and guesswork.
Good for you, use your deductyions kills on this:

Does god exist ?
Do aliens exist ?
Is telekineses possible ?
Is empathy actually an extension of perceiving another mens electro magnetic field ?
to name a few.

No amount of pure contemplation and personal experience will lead a person to the truth. Only by application of careful reasoned, critical thought and repeated testing of ideas will do that.
euhh .... sure.
What truth ?

Your not a real spiritual person are you ?

It can be if you overlook the genocide, infanticide, misogyny, homophobia, racism, and the endorsement of rape and slavery. Overlooking these parts of the bible remind me of a Joker quote from the first franchise - "Joker here. Now you fellas have said some pretty mean things. Some of which were true, under that fiend Boss Grissom. He was a thief, and a terrorist. On the other hand he had a tremendous singing voice..."

^^ Well, that's debatable. What it is supposed to be is the historical record of Yahweh's will and influence, and his perfect word telling us how to live. The detestable things mentioned in my last post are god's will, and is not the morality I wish to inflict on anyone...

Mr. Heisenberg,
Have you ever taken acid or shrooms or anything that changes your thought patterns?
Just wondering what kind of experience you had with your mind being so limited to the facts and science.
Sounds like a boring trip.

I've enjoyed a variety of psychedelics. What facts and science do you feel I am missing?

Did you see colors and thought about equations?

I used to have spiritual insight and the truth revealed when I tripped.
It was enlightening.

I've taken shrooms and acid many times (not at the same time) and had some tripped out, intense experiences. I've never been lucky enough to experience spiritual insight or have the truth revealed. Would you share the spiritual insight and truth that you experienced through tripping?

I could see through peoples lies and felt at peace with my maker.
Simple truths were revealed and i lived a better life afterward.

I was trying to understand what an atheist 'feels' when they trip.

Why not save a step? Why are you presupposing God?

Pretending to know something that you really don't know is the enticing promise of spirituality.

You are provided with the answers to the most desired questions of the universe aren't you? You get to know what happens when you die, you get to know if there is or isn't a god or gods. You are privileged enough to understand the meaning and purpose of the universe and our own existence aren't you?

Do you really know the answers to those questions? Do you really think you are any more special than any other pathetic lump of carbon impotently walking around the surface of this giant molten rock that has solidified on the surface? Has your Ego really enlarged THAT much to make you think you are seriously THAT special? Maybe that's too much to ask of you to understand, and if it is then i feel sorry for you.

Every spiritual person i have ever met in my life, (and i used to be one) thinks they are top dog, on top of shit. They got the answers to all your problems, they know the secrets of the universe, they are more special than you are, gifted with knowledge that no other human animal on the planet has... unless they share the same idea, that's the catch.

The truth is, no one knows if there is or isn't a god, no one knows what happens when we die, no one knows if there's inherent meaning or purpose to the universe or to our brief existence on this rock... and that is a scary thing to comprehend. It's scary not knowing any of that stuff, it's so scary.. in fact, that most people can't bear the not knowing so they make up the answers, they tell themselves they know to alleviate the pain they feel from not having the answers to our most desired questions.

Just because we don't know something, does not give us the right to pretend we do, no matter how scary it is. And it's sad, to me, to see so many people pretending they have the answers... when we all know that none of us do.

...and that (to me) is the important part. There's a term for it, spiritual pride. Just because a person knows their God, it doesn't mean they know how to tie their shoelaces :) It's really about having less pride.
