What are the chances of a plant feminizing?

Just wondering if there is a percentage / ratio or whatever out there... Is it possible to push it towards feminizing? If in any way, how?

regular seeds the chance of getting male or females is 50 / 50...

in the grow bible by jorge cervente's, he has a page dedicated to how to increase the percentage of either sex.. not sure how factual any of the info is though tbh..

its hard to say 100% for sure, because its always a different strain, and a different batch etc.
but from my experiences the info holds true.
