No big bud is for application during flowering weeks 2-4 only. If you want to continue to plump your flowers, overdrive is used during weeks 5-6. Then flush weeks 7-8.

Oh yea bud candy is used almost all through flower. You can use it weeks 1-6.

You want to give your plants amino acids? They produce their own.
I have no experience with A.N., but according to thier website you start useing Big Bud on week 2 and continue useing it untill 3 weeks prior to harvest. Then you use Overdrive for 2 weeks and then the last week is for flushing. Bud Candy is used through the entire bloom period except the flush week. That's what thier nutrient calculator says if you keep adding weeks to it atleast. I'm useing A.N. for the first time this grow.

As I said, I'm only going by A.N.s website which seems to base thier feeding schedule on a 6 week flowering period with a 7th week flush. I realize A.N. is full of a lot of bs and you need to sort through it, but what if your plants have a 9-10 week or longer bloom phase. Your saying you still only use Big Bud weeks 2-4? Then would you still only use Overdrive the last 2 weeks before flush week and nothing inbetween?
Yeah, that's what I was going with. I was thinking after I posted that Clown Baby might just be joking.

Just curious, that wouldn't harm the plants at all? Seems to make sense just didn't know if overfeeding could be an issue for some strains

You can use big bud all through flowering. It is fine as a stand alone bud enhancer. Just make sure you flush. I am only using big bud and b52 and my buds are doing very nicely.

No, you still need your normal 3 part G-M-B setup. I said Big Bud can be used as a stand alone bud enhancer. Meaning you don't have to buy all the other stuff that Advanced says like bud candy, voodoo juice, overdrive etc... I am using General Hydroponics only because I wanted to finish what I had laying around. I am using that with Big Bud and B52, thats it.

it all depends on which strain you are working with. ive used big bud plenty of times beyond week 4 and my plants did NOT immediately die. you need to gain some experience with the strain amd see how it reacts at which week. the directions on the bottle are "guidelines" maybe there was a lack of sun for a week and the progress was slow maybe there was alot of perfect conditions and they are advanced in the flowering stage...see how it goes.just bcuz mine did this or that doesnt mean his or hers will react the same.big bud would have this written on the bottle if ir kilked your plants after week 4.u know how many ppl would freak if that happened.and bb is extremely succesful.learn as u go partner

it all depends on the strain
8 week strains u switch to overdrive or whatever else youll use faster ( i use bloombastic...it definitly gives more of a punch than overdrive.... based on 5 yrs exp so everyone that says that not true is full of shit)
bloombastic is supposed to replace bigbud and overdrive but bigbud is too good of a nutrient to not use
for my 10-12 weeks strains i give them an extra week or 2 with bigbud
i dont usually keep count of weeks, when you sites appearing you hit with bigbud
when the actual buds are forming you hit with bb/od untill the trichs turn then flush
thats why hydro systems that are all connected isnt the best way to grow multiple strains !!!!
