No personal knowledge here, but I don't think all felonies make travel impossible. Relocation.....that is another story.

Drug convictions don't always stop you from getting a passport unless you were convicted of trafficking over an international border. Right?

To answer your question I have a passport simple I have had one since I was 21 and keep it up to date.

Felonies don't make it impossible for you to get a passport. You can get one with a felony and mis d.
 
Ok I thought I might be a little overwhelming, but its just because I thought I finally found a place where I belong, and I was overly excited to be friends with you guys. I dont get a chance to share my work with people much, especially weed nerds who can appreciate the time and effort put in. I eat, sleep, live, breath cannabis, and the people around me just dont get it. Sub your still the man, cant wait to run some of ur genetics.
 
I was told I had to write the governor, and get some kind of partial pardon to leave the country, I assume it must be diffrent state to state.
 
I wouldnt go by what someone told you, and contact the appropriate city employee and get an answer.
DMV, Secretary of State, whatever the location may be in your state.

On a nerd note, I just threw my 4ft Qush into flower. filling out that 20g, and the room better than I expected.
