I'm hoping some of you youngsters who are into all this physical fitness stuff can help me out. I need to start some type of physical fitness regimen. I haven't exercised in 22 years (doctor's orders), the only thing approved was mild walking and I do that daily.
So how do I get started? I need to:
(1) strengthen core to assist with back/neck pain
(2) remove flab, core, legs and arms
(3) shape, sculpt, and tone
Do you go to a gym and hire a trainer or what? Also what are realistic gym membership fees? I know I'm dreaming big on this LOL Any input?
