yes, tickets suck, but the reality of the way that law enforcement acts about simple possession after the change is they just don't bother to write the tickets. I know lots of people that have been caught with nugs in A2, and they almost always just take the bud and give you a warning. Plus........that ain't a bad size bag you can have on you......I don't typically have that much unless I'm dropping off.
Get caught as a habitual offender and it will be placed on the city prosececutors lap according to what I read , it is only a get out of jail card for so long lol . I wish this would have been implemented back in 2000 when I got caught with only enough to charge me with use lol . I went to the County high rise and was out in less than two hours and smoking the rest of my sack . Fuckers never checked my socks even though they got my rollups lol
I would not think this will be happening anytime soon , not unless they are state regulated provision centers as these are possible here in the near future sad to say .
